Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product however these are returned at the customers expense. Should you need any advise when choosing a size please get in-touch.

This excludes faulty products.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The product was purchased in the last 15 days The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a faulty product are refundable to a maximum of Royal Mail 2nd class standard at the time of sending.

Exchanging for a different pair

Please contact us directly to see if this is possible based upon availability. There will be a charge for posting out irrespective of the price of the items. Alternatively place a new order for the new pair and return the original order, the refund will be given once the original order is received and checked. The return must be done within 15 days of the original purchase.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded. This is at the customers expense unless the item is faulty.

Multi-buy offers

A single pair from a multi-buy can be returned, this is at the customers expense. The returned pair will be considered to be the cheapest pair and the refund amount will reflect this. For example; Buy 1 get 1 half price, the returned pair will be refunded at the discounted amount.
