Cancellation and Returns Policy

Your right to cancel

If you have purchased goods from us online, by telephone or by another means of distance communication, you have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can do this by post or email using the contact details below:

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back to us within a further 14 days.

Please package the goods securely and, where possible, include the original packaging, shoe box, accessories, promotional gifts and your packing/returns slip.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a cancellation, unless the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

You should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may handle or try on goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, as you would be able to do in a shop.

For shoes, we recommend trying them on indoors and on a clean, dry surface to avoid unnecessary marking or damage.

If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced as a result, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that reduction in value.

Refunds

We will normally issue your refund within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned goods, or, where applicable, within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise with us.

Our additional 15-day returns policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we may accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase where the following conditions are met:

·       The item was purchased within the last 15 days.

·       The item is unused and undamaged.

·       The item is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

·       All accessories and promotional items supplied with the product are returned.

This additional returns policy does not affect or limit your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from the cancellation and additional returns provisions above. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.

Proof of purchase

Please provide your order number, receipt or other information that allows us to identify your purchase. We may need this information to process your return or refund.

Cancellation form

You do not have to use a particular form to cancel your order. A clear statement telling us that you wish to cancel is sufficient.

Where applicable, we will also provide the statutory model cancellation form for you to use if you wish.
