Our products can be returned within 15 days starting from the date the items were first delivered (or first delivery attempt was made). Any orders returned after that must be with prior agreement with Little Brogues and will be refunded by an E-voucher code valid for 12 months. 

Returns are at the customers expense and will not be included in the value of the refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The product was delivered in the last 15 days The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a faulty product are refundable to a maximum of Royal Mail 2nd class standard price at the time. Shipping charges incurred with the return a non-faulty product (e.g. ordered the wrong size, didn't like the colour etc.) are at the customers expense and are non-refundable.
